How Asynchronous Coaching Works

Once you purchase coaching, I’ll email you a comprehensive health questionnaire to better understand your history, symptoms, and goals. Please take your time to fill this out thoroughly and email it back to me. (If you don’t receive the email within [6 hours], please check your spam or reach out to [email protected].)

Next Steps:
✔ Download the Voxer app – This is where we’ll communicate.
Receive your personalised plan – Within 24 hours of getting your questionnaire, I’ll create your Dynamic Holistic Nutrition Plan - a fully customised, evolving plan tailored to your needs. I’ll also send you a personalised video explaining key concepts, interventions, and how we’ll work together.
Ongoing support & check-ins – You’ll have access to me via Voxer voice messages and a shared Google Doc where your plan will be updated.
